Eligibility

To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must:

• be a legal resident of Canada and have a mailing address to receive a prize.
• be of the age nineteen (19) or older at the time of entry.
• be the sole owner of all right, title and interest (including copyright) in and to the Work submitted in connection with the Contest.

Requirements

Your photo must be

1. Recognized as been taken at any Kitanoya Guu restaurant, or recognized as been related to Kitanoya Guu by Guu representatives.
2. Original. Not previously published or won any previous awards. Never been entered to any contest.
3. Must not contain any material that would infringe upon third party rights.
4. Photos which contain non-Guu feeling, any commercial solicitation or advertising, sexual, violent, or immoral issue may be rejected.
5. As you enter the contest, the copy right of photo will grant to Kitanoya Marketing Corp. for any proper use of the image.
6. If any person appears in the photo, the photographer is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the work, any and all release and consents necessary to permit the exhibition and use of the photograph.
7. Maximum size of 6 megabytes per photo and jpeg format.
8. Minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
9. One person may submit one photo per month.

1. Upload your photo from our web site. Or, Send your photo by e-mail.

   subject: Guuu'd photo contest
   attach your photo with
   • your name
   • your birthday (month / day / year)
   • facebook account name if you have one
   • twitter account name if you have one
   • any comment about the photo
   • your favorite guu location
2. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.
   If no confirmation e-mail has been received after three days of your submission, please send it again. Your photo may not been received by Guuu’d Photo Contest.
3. You will receive a registration number after a confirmation e-mail.
   This registration number will be needed in order to receive a prize if you won. Please keep the number.

How to claim the prize if you receive a winning e-mail

1. The prize will be sent by Canada Post unless other options were given.
2. If there was no response within a month from the winner after sending three announcement e-mails, it may result in disqualification.
